PUPPY AVAILABILITY
Peregrine Keeshonden strives to breed quality show, performance and companion puppies.
I breed for excellent temperaments and health, and as close as possible to the
Keeshond Breed Standard.
I take placing my puppies very seriously, and want to ensure the puppies are going to the best possible homes.

OUR PUPPY PRACTICES
Peregrine puppies are raised in our home, with kids, vacuum cleaners, other dogs and all the sights, smells and sounds you would expect from a typical family home!
They leave with an AKC Reunite Microchip, a fresh bath and blow dry, basic litterbox training underway, age appropriate vaccinations and wormings, and a full health check from Veterinary Village, a renowned specialist reproductive Veterinary Center located near me in Wisconsin.
Puppies are also sent home with a puppy pack with toys, bowls, food, collar and leash and an information sheet on how to care for your new puppy.
I will give a grooming demonstration before you leave to help you with the coat care of your new puppy, and I am always available should you have questions or need assistance or advice.
Parents have excellent "typical Keeshond" temperaments and are OFA health tested for Hips, Knees, Patellas, Eyes, Heart, and PHPT.
Puppies come with limited health guarantees.

THINGS TO CONSIDER ABOUT APPLYING
- There may be a long wait for a puppy. The best thing to do is to check in with me occasionally for updates. You are never bothering me by checking in!
- While most of my puppies go on to companion homes, I will give preference to homes that already participate in conformation or dog sports.
- Companion puppies are sold on spay/neuter contracts with limited AKC registration. This means they can participate in dog sports, AKC STAR Puppy etc, but they cannot be shown or used for breeding unless by prior arrangement.
- I recommend my puppy homes enrol and participate in regular, positive reinforcement socialising and training classes.
- Please budget $2500-$3500 to purchase a Peregrine puppy. There is no difference in show vs pet pricing.
- I would love to meet you! Come to dog shows to visit if you can, meet the dogs and get involved!
